Elevate your practice in this intermediate/ advanced level reformer class which is all about flow. It offers new challenges to students who have experienced the fundamental exercises and have a sound understanding of Pilates Principle. We focus on sequences that challenge coordination, balance, strength, and stamina. Though this class is reformer based, your instructor may choose to throw in props including the tower and chair. You will leave class feeling empowered, balanced, and accomplished.
Burn and Sculpt
Get ready to “hurt so good” in this intermediate level, athletic based reformer class! If you like a challenge and a good burn, you will LOVE this class. Maintaining fundamental Pilates principles, we add a contemporary spin to include planks, lunges, props and upbeat music to keep you entertained while working your body from head to toe.
Like the idea of getting your cardio and strength training on in one class? This class features high intensity interval training utilizing the jump board; a padded board attached to the Pilates reformer which enables students to jump lying down with low impact. Don’t expect to be jumping the whole 50 minutes! We will be mixing it up with our favorite Pilates exercises and a few extra planks. Expect to leave sweaty and smiling.
Form + Restore
A mixed level reformer class that combines the principles of Pilates we love with an emphasis on mobility and improving muscle imbalances. The perfect blend of strength and stretch to rejuvenate your body and calm your mind. We recommend adding this class to your routine once a week. Your body will love you for it.
