The Comprehensive Program

The BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program gives students in-depth knowledge of Pilates theory, exercises, and skills to teach up to advanced-level clients on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, F2 Spine Corrector, F2 Arm Chair, Ped-a-Pul, Mat, and other auxiliary apparatus.

Graduates of the Comprehensive Program are well equipped for a successful, enduring career in the Pilates industry and are qualified to take the exam to become a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT).

The BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program consists of 8 modules and we have online self-paced lectures. The new flex format is 8 days in studio + online self paced lectures . In the USA these modules are split into Foundation Program and Graduate Program. Upon completion of both programs, students are eligible to pursue a Comprehensive Pilates teaching certificate.

The Mat and Reformer Program combines the BASI Foundation Reformer repertoire and the Mat work teacher training program.
This program is taught using our new Flex format consisting of four days (modules) both in-studio and online, featuring self-paced lectures. In-studio modules include discussions, exercise analysis, and practice, while online lectures cover theoretical video presentations.
