Arlene Gil is a San Diego–based Pilates instructor, dancer, and lifelong mover whose teaching is rooted in clarity, care, and intention.

As high performance athlete for over 18 years, Arlene has lived the healing power of movement firsthand. After navigating her own injuries, she came to see movement not just as practice, but as a path to strength, resilience, and self-trust. Through her 500-hour BASI certification and a foundation in dance, she seamlessly weaves structure and flow, offering a practice that is accessible, engaging, and deeply supportive.

Her multiple work and life experiences have enriched her understanding of spinal health and aging, allowing her to meet a wide range of clients exactly where they are, from high-performing athletes to older adults reclaiming mobility.

With a precise yet intuitive style, Arlene guides clients toward deeper body awareness through functional, intelligent movement that both challenges and restores.
