Cardio Fusion

This class features high intensity interval training utilizing the jump board; a padded board attached to the Pilates reformer which enables students to jump lying down with low impact. We will be mixing it up with our favorite Pilates exercises and a few extra planks. Expect to leave sweaty and smiling!

Reform & Restore
