Pilates of San Diego: What do you think about Pilates?

Monika: Pilates is one of the most wonderful exercises ever created! It connects movement with breath and mind with body. It’s appropriate for any age and ability. I’ve loved working with all types of clientele from athletes to elderly populations. Pilates has allowed me to help improve mobility, strength and body awareness in all my clients and it’s one of the most rewarding careers I’ve had.

Pilates of San Diego: What do you think about San Diego?

Monika: San Diego is a very fitness oriented city. With perfect weather nearly year round we’re fortunate to be able to spend so much time outside. Pilates is the perfect addition to the many popular outdoor sports practices here in San Diego: walking, road and mountain biking, hiking, swimming, surfing, golfing, running, horse-back riding and beach volleyball (among many others!).
