Sam started her Pilates journey in 2013 after a sports injury that led her to Pilates as a form of Physical therapy following surgery. Three years later, she received her Pilates Teacher Certification after over 600 hours of training in Pilates-related classes, including mat, reformer, chair, cadillac, and tower, along with extensive training in Kinesiology. She has been teaching since 2016 and is a health and fitness advocate. With an athletic background, Sam implements athleticism through her teaching constantly finding new ways for recovery and performance through Pilates.
