For the past 10 years, Pilates has been Hope's go-to way to exercise and decompress after a long day at work. She finds Pilates to be the perfect combination of stretching and strengthening and appreciates the discipline of the mind-body connection. Hope's love for Pilates led her to complete the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program in 2020.
For the past 8+ years, Hope has worked alongside psychologists, nutrition experts, and personal trainers to create a holistic health app. Through that experience, Hope brings a deep understanding of how to help people make healthy changes that are simple, achievable, and sustainable.
As an instructor, Hope strives to create a welcoming environment, correct form, and deliver a challenging yet doable workout for everyone in the class.
