21 Days to Manifest Your Best Self

Did you know that it takes 21 days to consecutively repeat an activity before your mind accepts it as a habit? This is why the team at Pilates of San Diego invite you to join us for a 21 day challenge to manifest your best self.
Beginning on June 10th, participants will receive daily emails on the processes of manifestation, guided motivation and meditation, nutrition, pain preventative movements, weight loss and other various topics. We truly care about making these changes and that’s why we insist on one-on-one personal support during this challenge.
We are here to encourage you to focus on your goals, stay motivated, and ignite that inner power to help you achieve personal success in all pillars of life and create positive, healthy habits.
This 21 day challenge also includes access to a live workshop held at the studio on June 11th. The workshop includes community support and a more in-depth presentation with various speakers. We encourage everyone to interact with the content and engage in the learning and sharing.
Learn how to identify your passion, create your vision, and turn your dreams into tangible plans. Learn how to nourish your mind and your body with the food that you eat and the thoughts that you think. We know that when you feel good in your body that it translates to all areas of your life so that’s why each person will be given a posture and structural analysis and step-by-step guides on how Pilates can help you alleviate chronic pain, prevent injury, strengthen joint mobility, increase flexibility and re-shape your body.
Participants will also receive a swag bag full of goodies and deals to help facilitate this journey. At the end of the challenge, a party will be held at the studio to celebrate the success of unleashing your inner Badass!
