6 WEEK pROGRAM INCLUDES
Two in person lectures at the Marina studio, and 4 live lectures via Zoom (if unable to attend the live group you will have access to the recording)
1 on 1 individual weekly meetings via phone or video chat
Weekly emails with motivational tip, recipes, and recipes to reinforce the weekly topic
Access to Dr. Morris’s private Whole 30 Facebook community where you will connect with other participants

During this program we will incorporate mindful awareness to break your negative habit loop and open up opportunities for healthier choices. This can result in better emotional regulation, a healthy hormonal response, and healthy digestion. Receive step by step instructions on how to properly eliminate foods known to cause distress and chronic health issues, as well as guidance on how to properly reintroduce foods in order to access your food freedom. Discover how your stress response cycle is responsible for contributing to obesity, inflammation, and chronic illness. Learn to identify your own emotional triggers for unhealthy behavior and poor eating. Then receive personal assistance in replacing these behaviors with healthy and permanent alternatives.
