Ever since her first class, Tina has developed a strong passion for the ideas that Pilates teaches. The importance of awareness, balance, and mobility that Pilates challenges with each session which helps you better understand your own body. Tina has always been intrigued with how the human body functions and Pilates has taken what she's learned to an even higher level in ways that simply reading a book cannot achieve. She holds her Comprehensive Pilates Certification with BASI Pilates (Body Arts and Science International).

Tina's classes are focused on form, precision and fun. The goal is to have every client walk out of her class feeling taller and stronger with a smile on their face. She believes that Pilates can transform the body and mind of all. As Joseph Pilates says, "It's the mind itself, which shapes the body."
