She enjoys working with clients of all ages to reduce pain, improve mobility and bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and fitness programming. She is a firm believer that our health and well-being are multifaceted and that a successful approach needs to be holistic, addressing mind, body, and spirit. She also loves to have fun and challenges her clients and classes to reshape their relationship with exercise and their bodies to create positive movement experiences that are sustainable and create lasting change.
