With an M.F.A in Drawing and Painting and teaching art over a decade Maneli has always had a yearning for teaching and creativity. As a lifelong learner who seeks new opportunities, she also has earned her 500-hour Yoga and Pilates certifications.

Believing in the capacity of the mind and power of the breath, Maneli strives to calm the mind and ease the body in her teaching. With an emphasis on breath and form, she encourages her clients of all ages and body types to reach their full potential. Just like Joseph Pilates, her thesis is Pilates is not only a physical exercise, but can radically enhance mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being too.
