Kelly Powers, MA, RD is a Culinary Dietitian specializing in recipe and meal plan development. She completed her graduate degree in Rome, where she fell in love with Italian food culture and the Mediterranean diet. Kelly promotes whole foods, balanced eating, and sustainable behavior change. She helps her clients find more joy and ease in cooking and eating so they can reach their health goals and glow from the inside out. Kelly's also an avid pilates student at Pilates of San Diego!
