Hannah Faulkner RYT 200, Instructor:
Hannah started regularly practicing the physical asana of yoga in 2011. It was then that she began to find balance and inner peace. Hannah completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training in March 2015 at Yoga One where she learned that yoga is much more than just physical exercise. When teaching yoga, Hannah carefully emphasizes safety in getting into and out of poses, proper alignment, and the benefits of breathing with your movements (Vinyasa Flow).
Hannah enjoys inspiring her students through a full body experience of movement with breath, muscle strength and flexibility, connection with others, listening to verbal instructions and stories, playing world music, and aromatherapy. Hannah loves Half Moon pose and the contrast that it represents with the sun, similar to yin/yang philosophy. Hannah aspires to continue on her journey to grow and to share her light and enthusiasm to anyone who is open.
