 Our Classes: Each class type is designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility with the goal of challenging and improving one’s physical capabilities. Our highly trained instructors bring their own expertise and unique style to each class, providing variety in your routine which will enable ultimate results.

 Our Holistic Approach: We realize in order to obtain optimal health, we must look beyond fitness and bring awareness to lifestyle. Our wellness memberships match each client with classes, private sessions, and wellness practitioners based their unique goals. WHY PILATES?

People choose Pilates for many reasons: Building strength, increasing mobility and range of motion, improving flexibility, reducing pain, and preventing injuries. Along with these common benefits, there is a Mind-Body component to Pilates that makes it so special. Learning new muscular movement and motor patterns have been shown to enhance brain function (including motor control, coordination, and memory!) Another major benefit is finding the control and centering of your mind. Don’t be surprised to find yourself leaving the class with a lot less stress and a renewed sense of accomplishment. 

Besides keeping the mind young and strong, Pilates also does a whirlwind of good for your physical being. Our base piece of equipment is the Pilates Reformer which uses springs, leverage, and body weight to perform various exercises targeting specific muscle groups. These targeted exercises increase bone density and strength without the risks that come with most weight-bearing regimes. Pilates is also different from traditional resistance and weight training because the emphasis is on the elongation of muscle fibers and improving muscle elasticity. This in turn greatly builds flexibility and mobility in the body making injuries a thing in the past!
